II. Your input of data
1. Personal data and its usage
Personal data is the specific information about personal or factual circumstances of an identified or identifiable natural person. These include the name, the e-mail address or the phone number, or any other data provided by any person during application with the purpose of using our website and sub-pages. As part of ccpay.sg, personal data is only collected, processed and used where applicable and as permitted by law, or where you have given consent. The same applies to the disclosure of personal data. In addition:
- if false or inaccurate information is provided and fraud is identified, details will be passed to fraud prevention agencies;
- law enforcement agencies may access and use this information according to the applicable law;

- managing credit and credit-related accounts or facilities;
- recovering debt;
- checking details on proposals and claims for all types of issuance.
Ccpay.sg causes the storage of cookies on your browser. Cookies are text files that help to facilitate ccpay.sg, by storing login data or registering when and how frequently you visit ccpay.sg. The storing of cookies can be disabled completely in all major browsers.
3. Establishing contact with us and with other customers
Ccpay.sg enables you to establish contact with us. This is possible, for example, by sending an email to us, or any message via the permitted message service (according to the Terms and Conditions). The information you provide when contacting us is stored to process the request and, where appropriate, for the subsequent correspondence.
We do not disclose your personal information to any other ccpay.sg customer unless it is necessary. You agree that, in the course of generating and managing your e-wallet contracts, and operating the ccpay.sg account, it may be required to send to Merchant(s) and their assignee(s), or other consumer(s), as the case may be, certain transnational information (for example, a unique identifier, a transaction amount and repayment details etc), but not your full name, post code address, or payment details, until the e-wallet contract is duly closed. We will not be liable for any use or misuse of the transnational data by others, but you must inform us of any misuse of the ccpay.sg of which you are aware.
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other ccpay.sg Customers. We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other users.
4. Registration function
You can register as a user of our ccpay.sg service on the relevant website pages, as a e-wallet user. The data received will be used in operation of our ccpay.sg service, as well as to inform you about changes in the scope of our ccpay.sg services, or any technical changes or for other messages (via email). Registration includes the entry of the following data:
- email address;
- AML/KYC Policy information and documents which can be requested during and after the registration, such as Gender, First name, Last name, Address, ID document etc. See AML/KYC Policy for more information.
Besides, the IP-address that was used for registration, as well as the date of the registration, are stored in order to prevent abuse of the registration. By adding information from social networks profiles for ccpay.sg registration, we receive information from the social network (profile’s id, name, surname, other data according to terms and conditions of social networks). You agree to processing of your social networks information during registration
III. Visiting our website
In addition to entered personal data, data is collected by us, and by third parties, automatically during the use of our ccpay.sg service. The use of our service includes interacting with third parties.
1. Access data/server log files
Details of your visit to our site are stored in a log file (the so-called server log file). We collect (or our internet provider servers) the following data on each access to our ccpay.sg:

2. Liability for links
Ccpay.sg may contain links to websites of external providers. The referred domains were checked at the time of the placement of the link. Their content is not and will not become part of ccpay.sg. We are not liable for any offers or services provided by such links.
IV. Right to information
To a reasonable extent, you can demand to be informed by us about which personal data we have stored concerning yourself, free of charge via an email request.
V. Changes, corrections and updates, revocation
You have the right to ask for the review and update of your data if you cannot do so yourself. You can also have your personal data locked and deleted if you revoke your permission (via special message) for storage, or when the storage of the data is no longer possible due to legal reasons.
VI. Service messages
There are some messages (“Service Messages”) that we will need to send to you. These may be sent via email, post or text message (according to the addresses and directions provided by you during registration), and include notifications about your payment applications, repayments or balance if you are a e-wallet users, information on updates and other information regarding using of ccpay.sg. We may also send to you, from time to time, advertisements and other information about our services, or services of our partners.
VII. Monitoring and recording
We may monitor, record, store and use any telephone, email or other communication with you in order to check any instructions given to us, for instructional purposes, for crime prevention, and to improve the quality of our customer service.
